Return Policy

At Pet Screen Direct, our policy is to provide you with an easy-to-use service. If you find that your order is damaged, we will gladly fix the problem. This policy covers all of the items sold on this website.

When an order is received and you would like to alter or make changes on the existing products that was not on the original order, there will be a charge for further services.

Because each product is custom cut, all orders placed are final and will be made exactly as ordered (according to the email confirmation that you receive) .

We cannot take returns for screening that does not fit unless it is a mistake on our end. Please be certain that the screening that you are ordering will fit your project.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept returns and all items returns due to color or pattern dislike. We make every effort to allow website visitors the ability to view products prior to purchase. Your cooperation is appreciated.

No cancellation of orders will be honored.

If there is a problem with the order, please contact us and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

* When placing orders over the phone, you will be asked for verification that you have read and fully understand our return policy.

* We cannot be held responsible for deliveries not completed without a phone number for FedEx to attempt.

Warranty Information

Pet Screen Direct warrants quality and craftsmanship of screening for a period of one year from the original invoice date. This warranty is limited to normal use and proper care by the purchaser. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE COMMERCIAL USES.

Pet Screen Direct is not liable if the customer fails to use proper cleaning techniques in caring for the product.
